Professionally, I specialise in Work Winning within the construction industry. In addition to my engineering degree, I have over 8 years’ experience within this sector – most of which has been in pre-construction, bidding roles.


I have held management roles in business development, bidding and design co-ordination - and have helped contractors 

successfully secure some of the largest and most complex infrastructure contracts of recent years.


Together with the work ethic, attention to detail and professional discipline it takes to succeed in bidding, I also have a considered understanding of client and project needs and the ability to lead diverse, multi-skilled design and construction teams.

As a qualified Sports Nutritionist, I am passionate about educating others on the importance of good food for your health and physical wellbeing, as well as for training and competing successfully in your chosen sport.
As a child and teenager, I competed at county, national and international level as a swimmer, retiring from elite competition when I started at university in 2004. 
I have now swapped goggles for running trainers and regularly race in all distances – from 5K to Marathons and everything in between. I am also a qualified Athletics Coach.
The level of performance I ask of myself requires dedication – and the right nutrition to fuel me. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete - I can tailor a nutrition plan that will help you achieve your weight or fitness goals.
